Angel, aged 14, QLD.
Angel came to ECSA after being surrendered to a larger shelter. She needed specialised care and TLC in a quiet and gentle environment.
Angel had just had her eyes removed due to untreated Glaucoma when she arrived. She’s made of tough stuff this little girl – she suffered a setback not long after coming into care, when a suspicious – and later proven to be sinister – lump was found on her neck.
Angel has amazed us all with her bravery, resilience and happy go lucky nature. She is absolutely thriving in her permanent foster home, where she will remain, under their and ECSA’s care for the rest of her life.
Angel is an incredibly special little soul, who’s bravery puts most humans to shame.
